To develop & manage Transaction & Digital Banking relationships with Financial Institutions catering to Micro Finance, affordable housing finance, other NBFCs in social impact sector and small finance banks.
Roles & Responsibilities -
1. Client acquisition and Managing a portfolio of IFI clients (NBFC- MFIs/AHFCs/School financing NBFCs/NBFCs on lending to MSMEs/SFBs)
- Relationship Management
- Client Servicing
- Account level Strategy for TBG products
2. Focus on offering financial solutions to IFI clients for thru transaction banking and other product requirements
- Focus on increasing transaction banking penetration to existing and new customers by way of APIs, Cash management services, Wallets, Salary accounts, insurance and other transaction banking offerings etc)
- Goal to become primary banker to client
3. Sustained revenue generation and achievement of the targets set out in the budget for the year for IFI Business. Reaching Revenue/Thruput/ Acquisition targets.
- Revenue generation
- Build CASA Book
- Work towards portfolio deepening through other products
4. Liaise with various teams, oversee smooth delivery & execution of transaction banking offerings
- Technology Integration with Client systems
- Process mapping
- Documentation compliance
5-8 years of experience in transaction banking and digital banking sales would be preferred
