Relationship Manager - MNC Vertical - Bank
The MNC Wholesale Banking team caters to the Corporate Banking requirements of MNCs based in India. These banking requirements cover the entire gamut of Wholesale Banking products including Short term/ Long term credit facilities as well as Transactional Banking Products, Forex flows, DCM and Corporate Finance. This business group covers all MNCs irrespective of their size and also interacts regularly with the parent treasury of these companies based overseas in addition to the Treasury/CFOs/CEOs of the local subsidiaries.
Job Role:
1. RM is responsible for new client acquisition and enhancement, renewal of limits.
2. Key deliverables:
- Acquisition of NTB
- Generate fee income on products like FX CMS, DCM
- Responsible for account profitability and ensuring minimal delinquency.
3. Own the relationship as a SPOC for a client needs and upsell product solutions, cross sell Privy, Salary and Wealth account.
4. Interacting with internal functions like BIU, Product, Credit, Operations, Legal etc.
Job requirement:
- CA/MBA in Finance/Marketing
- Should have 5-7 years of relevant banking experience.
- Sound communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and deepen relationship at CXO levels.
- Understand market trends.
- Anticipate and analyze client needs and expectations.
- High persistence to ensure deal conversions /closures.
- Understand the principles of and importance of credit appraisal / risks.
