AVP/DVP - Product - Insurance

Our client is one of the leading India Insurance firm keens to hire an AVP/DVP Product Design at a leadership level. The Location for this role will be in Mumbai

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Design and refine new insurance products and updates.

- Monitor competitors and provide strategic insights.

- Develop compelling narratives for sales and marketing.

- Stay updated on regulations and ensure compliance.

- Manage product setup and launch activities.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- 8-10 years of life insurance experience in product design/development.

- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance.

- Excellent communication skills and proactive mindset.

- Experience with cross-functional product launches.
