AVP/DVP - Marketing - Life Insurance

The role will be responsible for:

1) Customer Engagement Strategy

a. Responsible for managing and creating communication for the entire Customer Life Cycle touch points in insurance industry

b. Responsible for consistency and accuracy in communication and information across customer lifecycle and all modes of communication

c. Ensure constant monitoring, tracking to ensure effectiveness and course correction as necessary

d. Responsible for process innovation and creative ways of customer engagement

2) Channel marketing

a. Planning, strategising and ensuring the implementation of the channel marketing strategy to achieve agreed MoS.

b. Develop year-long calendar to enable distribution functions - Agency, Banca and digital

c. Co-ordinate with distribution function to implement initiatives to support sales

d. Co-ordinate with advertising agencies to develop channel marketing strategies

e. Coordinate with all departments for their requirements

f. Keep distribution engaged with host of enablers to be able to sell better

3) Internal communication

a. Provide marketing support to all internal stakeholders

b. Manage the calendar on an ongoing basis

4) Product Launches

a. SPOC for working with product team for new product launch

b. Create innovative mediums to market new product launch

5) Innovate and target launching first to market customer value props - 1 each quarter

6) Competition tracking from marketing point of view

a. Track competition and come up with recommendations basis best practices

7) Ensure seamlessness across all facets of the function and team members

Post-Graduation in Marketing
