About our Client:

- Our client is a leading bank in retail banking products like credit cards, mortgage, auto loans, etc.across all major markets in which they operate.

- As part of expansion of their global analytics team, they are looking for a AVP/DVP who can play a critical role in their Marketing Analytics team and become a thought leader to the organization.

Job Description:

- Reporting into the Head of Analytics,you will be responsible for- Providing strong analytics thought leadership to solve various problems across customer life-cycle customer acquisition, portfolio management, product & pricing strategy, segmentation

- Partnering with product/portfolio teams to drive data-driven decision making in various areas of lending products

- Serve as analytics leader to various acquisition/targeting programs, product strategies, segmentation, activation, exposure/limit management, balance transfer/consolidation programs, spend programs

- Lead 2-3 product analytics teams fostering a high performance culture.

The Successful Candidate:

- As a successful applicant you should have- Bachelors Degree/Masters Degree in Business/Economics/Finance/Engineering or other quantitative disciplines.

- 9+ years of analytics experience in Consumer Lending / Cards / secured loans.

- Sharp analytical thinker and proven thought leader

- Strong communication skills ability to work with multiple product teams/stakeholders, understand key business objectives, and communicate complex concepts effectively to different audiences

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Excellent spreadsheet and presentation skills

- Knowledge of SAS/SQL
