AVP/DVP - Industry Expert - Pharma/Real Estate Sector - Bank

Looking for Industry Experts who are the most sought out subject matter experts for the industries they cover (Real Estate OR Pharma). .

The role requires someone who is a veteran industry analyst and is connected with a wide network of contacts in their respective industries (Real Estate OR Pharma). This profile is for Experts, for credit opinions, alerts, and just about any question on credit and all significant accounts are analyst-reviewed.

As an industry expert, the person is expected to have in-depth understanding of various risks affecting the credit profile of projects and form an independent credit opinion. The person is expected to have an understanding of and hands-on experience in Real Estate or Pharma sector, project financing on a nonrecourse/limited recourse basis, structured financing, guarantees, securitization and capital market development.

As a key member of a dedicated team, rate issuances and bank loans of a diverse set of Real Estate or Pharma projects across the sector. The person will be an integral part of Credit analysis exercise with invaluable experience of continuous liaising with market participants such as arrangers, issuer, media publications, investor and legal counsels involved in the deal.

Financial Analysis:

- Responsible for preparation of financial models / projections for debt and equity raising purposes

- Improvising project financials & project structuring in coordination with Management

- Conducting financial analysis to assess prevalent economic environment, identifying business risks & implementing effective mechanisms to mitigate the same

Project Planning & Investment Analysis:

- Monitoring project progress involving resource planning and management, ensuring execution of projects within the time & cost norms.

- Undertaking analysis of bids / projects for investment, as well as in-depth strategic company reviews to determine potential investment candidates sectors like Real estate OR Pharma.

- Conducting profitability analysis of various investment opportunities proposed to the group.
