Job Summary: As the AVP, "Head of Bancassurance Training", you will be at the forefront of our training department, leading the design and delivery of sales training programs across India. "With over 15 years of experience" , you will manage stakeholder relationships, ensure effective team management, and foster a culture of collaboration to drive the success of our bancassurance partnerships with PSU banks.

QUALIFICATIONS

- 15+ years of work experience in training and development, with a significant focus on "Bancassurance".

- Proven expertise in "sales training", "relationship management", and stakeholder management.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and the ability to inspire and motivate.

- Willingness to travel extensively across India to engage with teams and stakeholders.

THE ROLE:

- Lead the training architecture development for bancassurance, ensuring it aligns with the strategic goals of our bank partnerships.

- Design and deliver sales training programs that are innovative, engaging, and result in measurable performance improvements.

- Oversee stakeholder management, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure training objectives are met.

- Implement effective team management strategies to cultivate a high-performing training team.

- Ensure training delivery is executed with excellence, utilizing a variety of methods to cater to diverse learning preferences.

- Drive relationship management training to enhance the skills and techniques of our sales force.

- Manage collaboration efforts within the organization and with external partners to promote knowledge sharing and best practices.

- Be willing to travel across India to deliver training and support regional teams.
