AVP/DVP - Financial Planning & Analysis - CA

Ideal Candidate's Background & Job Role:

- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning processes.

- Oversee actuarial models to ensure accurate projections of claims, reserves, and capital requirements.

- Conduct variance analysis to identify key trends and drivers behind budget variances.

- Provide strategic insights on financial performance, risks, and growth opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as IRDAI, Solvency II, and IFRS 17.

- Collaborate with underwriting, product, and finance teams to align financial objectives.

- Prepare and present financial and performance reports for senior management and stakeholders.

- Develop strategies for effective financial and actuarial risk management.

- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Drive efficiency in processes through automation and advanced analytics.

Experience : 5-6 years into Financial Planning/Finance of GI Industry

Location : Mumbai - Andheri

Education : CA/Actuarial student will be added advantage
