- Managing digital customer funnel, increase digital channel share and meet sales metrics for online acquisitions of credit cards.
- Analyze user behavior (click data / drop off data) and key business problems to identify opportunities.
- Create business logics and plan campaigns for different customers segments.
- Identify and lead integration of new capabilities and technologies to improve digital targeting and funnel performance (analytics)
- Deliver key insights to digital partners/aggregators to continue to grow the business.
- Increase application submitted - card out funnel efficiency by liaising with stakeholders (Policy, Underwriting, Product etc.)
- Drive product acquisition rate through operational and digital Channels providing unique sourcing mix ensuring optimum utilization of the channels.
- Develop product roadmap, business use-cases, product documents, wireframes, user stories & end-to-end testing.
- Work closely with the senior leaders and team members across all stakeholders - Sales, Product, BIU, - Risk and Marketing team
- Support in long term strategic planning, annual business planning and reviews for the business
- Align with regional stakeholders to share best practices and leverage ideas and initiatives for acquisitions.
