AVP/DVP - Debt Capital Markets - Securitization Platform

Primary responsibility would be coverage of domestic investors for placement of securitized pool of assets through PTC and Direct Assignment structures. You will be responsible to expand our investor outreach and help raise debt capital from domestic institutions for our Clients via these securitized trades

Job Description :

- Reach out to potential investors - Banks, Insurance Companies, Corporate Treasuries to pitch about the company and onboard them

- Run the marketing process for individual deals on the platform

- Create high-quality content towards understanding markets and positioning client offerings

- Ensure completeness and accuracy of information before sharing with investors

- Negotiate pricing and other terms of the sanction and coordination of transaction execution and closure

- Effectively engage and build relationships with various levels in an investor's hierarchy

Desired Skills :

- CA / MBA, great with numbers, enterprising, ambitious

- 8 -10 years experience in raising debt capital for corporates and financial institutions

- Strong relationships with domestic institutional investors. Experience in fund raising from Insurance Companies and Corporate Treasuries will be an advantage

- Understands debt markets including Securitisation and associated regulation

- Ability to ideate, structure, articulate

- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
