AVP/DVP - Data Scientist - Consulting Firm

- Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.

- Experience working with and creating data architectures.

- Should be analytical, knowledgeable, and organized with a proactive attitude Translate overall vision, philosophy & strategic goals.

- Data Visualization & Business Intelligence Expert

- Designing and/ or creating enterprise reports and dashboards using large business data sets

- Ensure the presence of processes, tools & resources and continually assesses and evaluates the relevant metrics.

- Analyses work-flows, devises and communicates ways to improve processes & procedures.

OTHER REQUIREMENT

- Should have good understanding of changing dynamics of Mutual Fund Industry.

- Suggests ideas that involve looking beyond the usual solutions and challenging the status quo.

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES :

- Hands on experience in AI & ML

- Extensive experience in Data Analytics, preferred

- Experience in Banking & Financial services industry, preferred

- Extensive experience in management roles within well regarded consumer-focused companies characterized by complex business operating practices

- Strong leadership skills to define agenda/goals and navigate and influence the organization, especially senior sponsors. The Digital agenda is ambitious and aggressive, and thus needs a strong and influential leader to drive it

- Experience building, developing, and leading high-performing analytics teams

- An analytical mind with a knack for identifying problems and proposing data-driven insights to solve those
