AVP - Dot Net Architect - Mortgage Services

Focus - Partner with Mortgage Services to evangelize, build technology oriented solutions and support deals.

Role will understand the key business drivers, help create an overall product roadmap and work with the team to deliver critical milestones for the product line.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for designing and building the product

- Responsible for the overall technology roadmap as well as system architecture, design and development of the product

- Responsible for technology/tool selection, comparison, technical mentoring of the team and helping them with code reviews and development best practices

- Hands on technology leader who can work closely with business to deliver on functional and non-functional requirements

Knowledge, Experience and Education :

- Proven track record in design and development of complex, large scale enterprise applications using MS technologies (ASP .Net 4.5, Visual Studio.NET 2013, ASP.NET MVC2, jQuery, jQGrid, Telerik Kendo Grid, Microsoft Entity Framework, MS SQL Server 2012, SSRS, MS BizTalk 2013, Ajax, Angular JS). Tools such as TFS, Sharepoint, MTM, VSTS and Octopus.

- Solid understanding of SOA and Webservices, design patterns and component architecture

- Prior experience with Cloud based application development and support must

- Must have at least 10+ years experience working through the design, development, release cycle, and delivering software products to market

- Minimum of 4 years of architecture and design experience in a software development organization required

- A record of successful delivery of software applications as an individual, team leader and/or development lead or architect

- Experience working with enterprise product development in BFSI domain. Knowledge of lending/mortgage preferable

- Strong technical leadership, time management, analytical and problem solving skills

- Experience of PDLC using Agile/Scrum and Experience with Continuous Integration preferable

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Cultural sensitivity to work with US teams and customers

- Should be travel ready within and outside India
