Client Details
Our client is a big player in the BFSI industry with a history of exponential growth and a leader in driving disruptive business practices. At the back of this continuous growth and encouraging plans for next year, they are looking to hire for a HRBP + D&I specialist at an AVP level in an individual contributor role, to focus on string execution and design of D&I strategy. This role will report into the D&I + HRBP Leader based in Gurgaon.
Description
Reporting into the Head D&I + HRBP Leader, your role as an individual contributor, will include the following:
- Drive the overall strategy and execution of the D&I agenda across the firm Pan India
- Ensure adequate D&I initiatives for the firm and ensure alignment of these initiatives with the overall organization's vision and strategy
- Effectively manage the timelines, execution and outcome of these initiatives at all times
- Work as a HRBP while partnering with all business leaders and ensure adequate communication of D&I goals to their respective teams
- Be an expert and drive all communication around thought leadership and domain expertise to create an impactful journey in D&I within the firm
- Work towards GPTW certification alongside the D&I journey
- Ensure D&I objectives are well absorbed in people goals at all levels and across all functions to make the firm future ready from a D&I standpoint
- Enable processes to promote D&I including hiring, career pathing, retention and attrition management, identifying roles and opportunities to promote diversity, etc.
- Partner with the teams to increase sensitivity and awareness about D&I and need of D&I in the workplace on ongoing basis to build an inclusive culture
- Be strong in diagnostics and running R&D on changing trends and needs (both demographic and behavior related) inside and outside the firm and identify + recommend strategies to ensure an updated D&I agenda in the firm
Profile
- Must come with 10+ years of experience as a D&I CoE or HRBP experience with an extensive exposure to driving D&I agenda in the firm
- Candidate can come from any industry and should be high on execution with some amount of thought leadership
- MBA (HR) full time from a premier institute is preferred
- Robust knowledge of D&I and strong senior business partnering experience is a must have
- Candidate must come with a desire to execute plans and strategies in D&I area
- Must be resilient, focused and strong communicator
- Ability to survive in a high pressure environment and come with a "Fire in the belly" aptitude towards work
- Sharp and analytical ability
