AVP/Director - Strategy

Responsibilities (Functional):

- Facilitate the process of Formulating Strategies with the concerned Execution Heads, Segment Heads, Vertical Head and Support function Heads.

- Formulate Balanced Scorecard based on the strategies formulated

- Receive Status of Strategic Objectives and Action Plans from concerned Heads on monthly basis

- Carry out detailed Analysis of Key Performance Indicators as per Balanced Scorecard received from Execution Units, Verticals, Segments and Support Functions

- Provide detailed feedback to the concerned Heads on the basis of analysis as well as Top Management on Monthly & Quarterly basis.

- Co-ordination with IT for developing MIS and other activities.

Education:

- BE AND (PG - MBA/PGDM - International Business)

- Should be a Graduate in Engineering with post Graduate Qualifications in Management

- Should have an experience of 10+ Years

- Good understanding of processes of other functions in the organization such as Marketing, Purchase, Production, QC, HR,Finance etc

- Good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, auditing experience in these areas would be added advantage.
