AVP/Director - Process Excellence - Life Science/BFSI/Mortgage / Insurance

We are looking to hire senior professionals with experience in Process Excellence in Life Science/ BFSI / Mortgage Space.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

1) Propose value-add solutions based on Process Reimagine Elements and with the understanding of client's business needs

2) Demonstrate a keen understanding of the changes in customers' business and adjusts the value proposition accordingly, by maintaining a balance between the interest of the customer

3) Communicate all relevant information about the business in decision-making forums, ensuring decisions are made in full knowledge of the issues; interact with clients/stakeholders and generates buy-in at overall business level

4) Communicate effectively across cultures and with global customers/stakeholders; represents the organization in appropriate forums

5) Strategists persuasive and powerful communications around new ideas that are effectively focused on the audience

Looking at candidates who:

- Must have RPA automation/Analytics lifecycle management experience

- Must be Master Black belt Certified from a reputed certifying body/organization (e.g. ASQ or equivalent) with excellent command in Lean/Six Sigma methodology or MBA from IIM A,B,C,L

- Must have experience in relevant domain & reputed KPO is preferred.

- Must have 15 years of work experience with minimum 10 years of relevant experience
