Job Description
Manage the planning, implementation, and evaluation of leadership training and professional development activities across LOBs
Responsible for designing & developing learning solutions through instructor-led interventions, facilitation of workshops, online global learning offerings and customized learning interventions.
Responsible for working with senior business leaders, operations teams and HR professionals to translate and deliver the learning strategy to the business across Geographies.
Network with and recommend the best in class training / learning global faculty for on-going and future programs.
Desired Profile
15+ yrs of total work experience, preferably in an outsourced / off shored Industry with a specific exposure in L&D / OD
Experience in complex, global companies, with matrix reporting relationship is an added advantage
Should have managed training / learning function independently in the services industry .
Must have exposure to developing learning modules aligned to leadership / behavioral skills .
Ability to engage with senior leadership and business managers
Key Certification in the area of learning and development like MBTI, DISC, FIRO B
