Position Name - AVP - Digital Transformation

Location - Bangalore

Experience Range - 8 - 10 years

Mandatory Requirement :

- Must be from the wealth and asset management industry.

- Must possess minimum 8 years in leading digital transformation in a scaling Organization.

- Must be a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic vision

Job Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's objectives and long-term goals.

- Focus on digitization across functions and usage of new technologies.

- Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of all hardware, software, and network systems with the help of third-party vendor.

- Manage technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

- Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

- Drive decisions between buy or build for the integrated technology platform.

- Work closely with other departments to understand their technology needs and develop solutions to support their objectives.

- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing innovations to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualification and Experience:

- Bachelor of Engineering from top-tier Engineering Colleges

- 8 - 10 yrs of relevant experience in digital transformation

- Exposure to Data analytics and data science

- Comfort with complex and highly scalable products using multiple technologies.

- Excellent communication skills
