AVP - Digital Transformation - BFS

Primary responsibilities include :

Opportunity identification

- Identify candidate processes for process automation based on defined criterias

- Gather process information - document As Is process, capture FTE effort, application list etc.

- Perform assessment and design the solutions with process owners

- Build business case and drive agreement on project scope, expected benefits and timelines

Project Planning

- Full oversight for the Automation Programme within the GFO

- Prepare and monitor detailed implementation plans encompassing key milestones and tollgates

- Collate prerequisites for project execution, as required by vendor

Execution

- Report project status on daily / weekly basis and keep all stakeholders informed

- Single point of contact to front end discussions with multiple stakeholders such as IT teams, Fin System and Consultants / developers

Skills/Experience Required-

Qualification - 8 to 10 years of post-qualification experience

- Ability to think independently with data analysis skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high challenge environment

- Exposure in projects - participation and not necessarily leading it

- Experience and understanding of process improvement techniques / methodology

- Experience of large scale automation projects in a Banking / Finance environment

- Strong communication, navigation and stakeholder management skills

- Knowledge of multiple Finance functions in a banking environment preferred

- Ability to work in large teams across multiple locations

- Strong presentation creation and delivery skills (preferred)

- Strong understanding of the project life-cycle and specific methodologies (BTF) & Project Management skills
