- Provide innovation and advice to the businesses to enhance the use of existing digital solutions to support the business goals for Customer Experience and engagement and promote the use of new technology
- Maintain and nurture relationships with business partners up to COO level. Embed deeply with the business to be able to understand commercial, competitive and regulatory drivers of the business. To be seen as a reliable go-to technology consultant, trusted advisor and an extension of the business team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evangelise and implement features that improve user experience, support content, marketing, social integration etc to provide a competitive differentiation
- Performs digital audits to identify gaps in tagging, functionality, reporting, and analytics capabilities, and make recommendations to improve these capabilities over time
- Understand various technology and digital solutions available in the market or available internally and work closely with both vendors and the in-house application development team
- Drives best-practice, recommend end-to-end solution design and data flow architecture (across multiple channels, platforms and data sources) based on business needs
- Establish strong project management processes to ensure high quality and timely development and delivery
- Keeping a firm pulse on emerging technologies and shaping technological direction by evaluating and selecting 3rd party vendors
- Understands commercial, competitive & regulatory drivers of the business. Ensures reuse, articulate business benefits and process consultancy.
Job Requirements
MBA or B.Tech. with below mentioned functional competencies
5-8 years experience in an Analyst role with experience in Digital Projects. Preferably from Financial Services or Ecommerce. A Techno- Functional experience is preferred i.e. the person should have 1 - 3 years of programming experience
- Experience in developing and implementing enterprise digital business strategy
- Have familiarity with digital marketing and web content management processes and concepts
- Capable of forward thinking plans and strategy on use of digital technology across different channels web, mobility, social
- Deep understanding of how to leverage digital technologies for customer engagement and experience
- Strategic insight must be coupled with a strong execution orientation and an ability to deliver results
- Adept in collaborating with cross functional teams and deploying technology to build successful solutions and create a digital edge for the company
- Extensive experience working with creative and/or technical development of web based solutions and emerging technologies
- Successful track record of delivering digital programs, products and services
- Able to collaborate actively with others in a cross functional team
- Drive to quickly learn, adapt and experiment with new technologies
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with fast changing needs and demand for agility in development
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to prioritize efficiently
