Job Title : AVP - Digital Product & Strategy
Reporting to : Head - Marketing & Digital
Roles & Responsibilities
- Digital Product & Assets Ownership
- In-house digital consumer & Digi-tech trends expert with good understanding of consumer behaviour w.r.t. category and can identify consumer segments for driving digital business
- A digital expert managing digital product propositions across various digital channels like Web, Mobile, Social Media etc
- A digital, ecommerce expert managing and designing MF product & digital product propositions across various digital channel like Web, Mobile, Social Media etc
- Responsible for charting and driving the digital business and product roadmap with the intent of using technology as a key lever to drive business
- Innovations and Digital Leadership
- Driving innovation across digital platforms to enhance User Experience and engagement through feature enhancements, engagement mechanisms etc
- Have experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and ability to drive & implement them in large organisation
- Ensure that AI & ML is used in Marketing Automation, e-commerce, Mobile App development specifically
- Defining organisational goals and projects around new age customer touch point adoption like Chabot, ORM, Social Commerce and Whats App
Stakeholder management :
- Internal and external stakeholder and senior hierarchy management to ensure buy-in and approvals of digital business projects
- Doing competitive analysis and continuously improving the current digital portfolio
- Having strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple customer touch points
- Have basic understanding of IT systems and practices to aid greater coordination with this key partner
Analytics & Digital Service;
- Responsible for managing the digital product life cycle management like business case, development, rollout, promotion etc
- Strategy and technology + engagement roadmap for digital service with the intent of driving higher adoption of digital assets for servicing and making it the key point of customer connect
- Owing the analytics and BI vertical within the team for driving higher order use of data for business decision making basis business/consumer trends
- Ownership of the CDP, DMP and BI platforms and working with analytics partners/units for creating/driving usage cases and supporting B2C VRM process & Digital business teams
Business Understanding :
- Understands Schemes, business rules & regulations
- Ability to convert NFOs & key solution buckets (Child, Pension etc.) into product requirements and put down roadmap for digital assets
- Understands & can create Business Case for key projects and innovations along with finance teams
