Our Client is a peer- to - peer marketplace for used cars. We offer the average Indian a credible, convenient way to own a car. And without breaking the bank!
As you read this, we are hustling to make used car buying as systematic as ordering a phone off leading e- commerce website.
We are very well funded by SAIF Partners. We have built a top notch team. Our core team is small (30 members), which allows us to offer leadership roles.
We have been operational in Bangalore for 10 months now. We currently do 250+ transactions every month in Bangalore alone with an average ticket size of 3.5L.
We launched Mumbai on May 10
We are expanding to other cities, scaling our online & offline reach scaling the number of transactions 5- 10 x in the next 2 quarters.
What kind of work will you be involved in :
- You will be responsible for managing digital strategies, digital campaigns, and marketing technology across business.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement strategies, and demonstrating innovation in developing new digital marketing strategies and tactics.
- The candidate will work to foster team member development and balance the delivery of work among brand - right creative quality, cost efficiency, productivity and volume of work.
- Lead a team that creates, or manages the creation of different creative assets that consistently meet the needs of Companies brand and business objectives.
- Identify, research, analyze and manage risks and interdependencies within projects/systems/resource changes and formulates appropriate plans
- Help develop and maintain web properties, set the digital marketing strategic direction, optimize the design, landing pages, and multi-variate testing, recommend for improvement, qualitative measurement and testing, drive overall website traffic and maximize ROI from digital initiatives.
- Oversee the annual digital planning process and strategy development in accordance with overall brand plans
- Develop and maintain an effective mobile, email and web strategy
- Continually research and identify opportunities to enhance the online experience, executing design, and other UI/UX changes to continue to optimize engagement
- Strengthen analytics approach to drive optimization
- Proactively forecast and report learning's on all programs to increase performance and influence future creative executions
- Champion timely and new solutions for reaching consumers and partner with IT to effectively make these solutions become realities
Ideal Candidate :
- Experience in building, developing and managing large creative teams with particular emphasis on direct management and talent development/coaching
- Prior Start up experience
- Experience in building teams from scratch.
- MBA or other advanced degree from Tier -1 college (IIT/NIT/IIM/FMS/MDI)
