About our Client : Our client is an Online fashion company that has a range of clothing and accessories for men & women. They are focused on deepening their brand footprint. They have been growing rapidly and need a strong AVP, Digital Marketing to fuel and sustain the growth for India

Job Description: Reporting to the Marketing head, the incumbent will be responsible for:

- Setting up and leading the in-house digital/social marketing agency focused on content / engagement led brand building

- Leading the marketing transformation' initiative within the brand to leverage the power of non-traditional media (digital/social) along with the use of traditional channels (ATL & BTL)

- Engaging with internal (tech team, sales team etc.) and external stakeholders to establish the right ecosystem to drive this initiative

- Delivering the objectives of brand building (top-of-mind recall, brand salience etc.) and customer engagement, further driving traffic and revenue

- Thinking out-of-the box and leverage the power of and mobile

The Successful Candidate:

- 8-10 years of overall experience

- Minimum 4-5 years of social experience + Minimum 1 year of people management experience

- Strong strategic understanding of various media properties (online and offline) and clear business associations

- Digital / social planning capabilities along with the creative know how

- Ability to collaborate across functions and a high result / service orientation

- Strong influencing and inter-personal skills; Strong team player

- Experience/mindset of working in un-structured environments and entrepreneurial orientation

- Can build and energize his/her team in a fast paced environment
