Job Overview:

The Digital Marketing Leader will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives brand visibility, engagement, and growth across online channels. The ideal candidate will lead the digital marketing function across paid media, SEO, social media, content marketing, and e-commerce, with a strong focus on driving ROI and scaling digital initiatives for the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Leadership:

- Develop and execute a data-driven digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and market penetration across online platforms.

- Lead the digital transformation efforts by aligning digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

- Define and implement innovative digital campaigns, leveraging SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to maximize reach and impact.

- Drive e-commerce growth by optimizing digital channels for direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales and collaborating with e-commerce platforms.

Performance Marketing & Analytics:

- Lead performance marketing initiatives, ensuring optimization of paid media, programmatic advertising, and conversion rate improvements.

- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance through key metrics such as ROI, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates, adjusting strategies for optimal results.

- Utilize marketing analytics tools to track and report on the success of digital campaigns, making data-backed decisions to improve effectiveness.

- Drive revenue growth by optimizing digital acquisition strategies and reducing customer acquisition costs.

Branding & Social Media:

- Develop and execute social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy across all platforms.

- Oversee the creation and curation of high-impact digital content (blogs, videos, infographics, etc.) to engage target audiences and drive organic growth.

- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify digital campaigns and extend brand reach.

- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, reinforcing the company's values and messaging.

E-commerce & Website Management:

- Oversee website development and optimization, ensuring a seamless user experience that drives traffic and conversions.

- Collaborate with e-commerce teams to optimize product pages, landing pages, and digital storefronts, maximizing online sales and revenue.

- Manage the digital customer journey, ensuring all digital interactions meet or exceed customer expectations and drive loyalty.

- Develop and execute omnichannel marketing strategies to integrate offline and online experiences, ensuring a cohesive brand presence.

Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a performance-driven culture.

- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to align digital strategies with broader company objectives and drive cross-functional initiatives.

- Work closely with external agencies, ensuring seamless execution of digital marketing activities and campaigns.

- Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance standards in all digital activities, ensuring transparency and data privacy.
