AVP - Digital Finance - Payment Gateway - IIM/XLRI/FMS/MDI

Looking to hire well qualified professional for an organization in the digital finance space- Payment organization established in NCR. The successful candidate needs to have 5 + years work experience in the digital Fintech space with a strong understanding in the payment space. He/ She should have a strong hands on experience in writing reports on the digital payment space with a strong GAP analysis present in the sector.

Strong hands on experience in presentation and MACROS

MBA from Tier 1 colleges is a strong preference for this role

Candidates from consultancy background with strong experience working on the payment gateways are a preference

Detailed Job Description

- Understanding of card associations functioning, rules and compliance

- Strong professional who has an experience in writing reports on the GAP's present in the digital economy. Someone who can do GAP analysis and projections on the digital economy growth for the next 5 plus years.

- Strong in terms of using MACROS

- Domain knowledge of Payments - ATM, Cheques, Wallets, ECS, SI, RTGS, NEFT, UPI, IMPS, SWIFT, Direct Debits, Top Ups, Bill Payments, etc.

- Understanding of Cards - Issuing (Debit, Credit Card, Prepaid cards etc.) & Acquiring (POS, mPOS, Payment Gateways) around areas like Onboarding, Risk and Fraud Management, Cards Dispute Management, Servicing, Account Reconciliation - Clearing /Settlement & Maintenance & Onboarding of Merchant (Cards Perspective) etc.

- Domain knowledge of the new payments platforms rolled out by NPCI-IMPS/UPI/BBPs/QR code payment channels.

- Preferably familiar with NACH/CTS operating platforms.

- Understanding of Merchant Acquiring business from credit underwriting and chargeback monitoring.

- Knowledge of evolving cards market in India including changes in regulations & Visa/MC guidelines, and suggest changes to the management in a proactive & timely manner including operations/technological changes wherever required.

- To work closely with the internal and external stake holders to ensure that adequate capacity planning is done to respond to forthcoming business volumes with the existing head count.
