- Utilize innovative instructional design methodologies to create immersive and engaging training experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of training programs with business objectives.
- Explore and implement new & emerging immersive training methodologies.
- Create interactive and hands-on learning experiences to enhance learner engagement and retention.
- Develop robust mechanisms for measuring the effectiveness and impact of training programs on employee performance and business outcomes.
- Analyze training data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimization of training initiatives.
