Basic Qualifications:
- Master's /MCA or Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology / computer science from premier institutes with 10 years of experience in delivering analytical solutions
- Ability to identify, clearly articulate and solve complex business problems and present them to the management in a structured and simpler form
- Hands-on experience in SAS and SQL
- Experience working with large and multiple datasets, data warehouses and ability to pull data using relevant programs and coding.
- Experience in working on Credit Cards and Retail Banking products
- Understating of campaign management
- Should have excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Strong process/project management skills
- Multiple stake holder management
- Strong team player
- Ability to guide and Mentor Juniors
- Control orientated and Risk awareness
- Ability to understand complex business problems, break them down into simpler solvable parts and develop analytical approaches to tackle them

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in digital analytics across improving digital engagement and adoption, and identifying ways to create a seamless experience for customers through digital channels
- Knowledge of credit card and/or retail banking business
- Knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.g. SiteCatalyst, Adobe Sales force)
- Knowledge of digital channels, customer touchpoints and customer journey's
- Understanding of customer life cycle in financial services industry
- Business analytics experience in banking or financial services industry
