AVP - Digital Analytics - Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics -SAS/Python (Female leaders)
Looking for only female leaders having 7 - 13 years of experience in digital analytics, should have worked on digital tools like adobe analytics/google analytics with strong experience in SAS/Python.
Job DescriptionJob Summary:
- Build strategy and charter for the team by understanding the requirements and priorities from business and partner teams
- Accountable & Responsible for delivering analytics initiatives and projects for region and country focused on improving digital marketing performance & digital experience
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve digital customer experience and digital sales. Work closely with Digital Customer Experience teams in region and country to understand digital objectives and help them deliver using data-driven decisions
- Some examples of initiatives include Customer Journey improvement, Digital Upsell & Cross-sell, Funnel Optimization, Conversion Improvement, Acquisition Effectiveness improvement, Landing Page Optimization, A/B Testing, Campaign Performance, Personalization and more
- Bring story telling skills and ability to influence key stakeholders towards desired outcomes
- Work closely with the regional Digital Customer Experience, Products, Sales & Marketing, and Decision Management teams to understand business problems and come up with an analytical solution for the same
- Hire, mentor and train team members on tools/techniques/domain for making a comprehensive impact to the business
- Ability to manage and lead team members both directly and indirectly, comfortable to work in a matrix structure by influencing without authority
The ideal candidate would have:
- Experience in digital marketing analytics roles, exposure to financial services domain is an added advantage
- Experience in leading / managing a team
- Deep expertise & experience in Digital Marketing domain and Adobe Analytics for 4+ years
- Experience in Big Data environment handling data extraction / manipulation from huge / complex databases using SAS / SQL / Python for 4+ years
- Hands-on experience of working with clickstream data
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong executive presence, communication, presentation and story-telling skills
- Ability to structure the problem, hypothesis-driven approach, problem solving skills and strong Analytical ability are important
- Ability to clearly and concisely articulate the problem, approach and recommendations to both technical and business audience
- Ability to think strategically, and then follow through with detail-orientation and execution and success in managing competing priorities
- Possess good understanding of digital analytics implementation, tag management systems and/or data integrations
- Experience with multi-channel and cross-channel attribution
- Expertise in creating and driving quantifiable metrics/KPIs and leverage consumer data to find quality customers to acquire, engage, retain and reactivate through different marketing channels
- Exposure to digital marketing technology areas like CMS, CDP, DMP, Analytics and Personalization
- Good team player
Education:
- Bachelor degree or above in any of the following disciplines: Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research, Business Administration, Economics etc. from Premier Institute or a track record of performance that demonstrates this ability
- MBA or PGDM would have an added advantage
