AVP - Derivatives Business Desk

Key Accountabilities :

- Responsible for the growth of Derivatives Revenue in Retail Broking Business

- Responsible for revenue generation through New Product Initiatives, business development and penetration of Branches

- Increase in Market share in terms of overall Derivative Volumes & revenue

- Designing strategies for scaling up business and coming up with new ideas in terms of new product, pricing and strategies

- Business expansion in terms of No of clients Transacting in Derivatives, Overall Daily Volumes and Market share

- Ensuring 100% compliance with regulatory requirements

- Close Liasioning with Research Team & Respective Zonal and Region Heads across Pan India Branch Network to improve product penetration as well as business

- Improve overall branch team productivity by guiding and training them on derivatives products and strategies.
