Location: Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals and expand market presence in the IT sector.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management to drive results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales revenue targets to manage complex sales cycles.
- To sell multiyear enterprise agreements.
- Record selling six-or-seven figure deals.
- To build and maintain relationships with executives.
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Communications and presentations skills.
Educational Qualification/ Work Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with Min,12+yrs experience into Inside Sales for IT Industry ( Should have managed a Team of 20+ Inside Sales Specialist).
