AVP Level
The position will be responsible for
1. Implementation of change projects across Performance MI service, that includes a large data warehouse, calculation engines and Business Intelligence reporting layer., and Implementation of data quality improvement initiatives, etc.
2. Co-ordination with all business and technological stakeholders in understanding and managing the change (e.g. Changes to upstream transaction systems, Enhancements to warehouse and risk/performance calculation engines, Enhancements to MI infrastructure to address data quality issues etc)
3. Interact with business managers and end users to understand, validate & document data requirements for the Risk Adjustment Performance MI infrastructure
4. Evaluate comprehensive business and functional change impact on the Performance Management Information services delivered based on existing data model and risk/profitability KPIs (e.g. EAD, RWA, EL, Revenue coverage, Product and Client level Revenue Alignment, RORWA)
5. Create and manage end to end change releases to the MI infrastructure in collaboration with technology and application/finance systems product owners
6. Assist in developing structured solutions for project deliverables and change requests that affect key service related KPIs such as EAD, RWA, Revenue, RORWA etc.
7. Develop strong domain content and understanding of different aspects of WB and SME business (e.g. Transaction banking, Lending, FM business) to effectively manage change to MI service
8. Identify project related issues substantiated by data analysis
9. Create and provide relevant reports to suit business / project requirements.
10. Ensure that identified benefits are accrued from all changes implemented into the MI infrastructure
Preferred Skills and experience:
1. MBA from a reputed institution is a must.
2. Under-Graduation in Engineering or Finance specific streams
3. Minimum of 3 years of Strong Project Management and Delivery experience
4. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
5. Highly detail and results oriented
6. Strong analytic skills
7. Ability to interact with varying levels throughout the organization
8. Ability to perform in a fast paced environment, uncertain conditions and handle multiple tasks through effective prioritization
9. Good understanding of banking products
10. PMP certification will be an added advantage
11. 8+ years of relevant experience
