AVP - Delivery Head - Stock Exchange

Key Skills (Must Have):

- Minimum 15+ years of IT Project Delivery Management experience involving complex programs in Clearing Corporation/Stock Exchange/Broker Back Office/Banking domain.

- Minimum 10+ years' experience as technical architect with expertise in message driven frameworks, event driven frameworks, real time processing, high performance low latency platform design & development with focus on secured platform rollout.

- Minimum 6+ years' experience shall be in Solution Architecture and Design, related to batch transaction data processing as well as real time data processing.

- Experience in technology transformation of large-scale Real-Time applications in Stock Exchanges/Investment Banks with focus on scalability, performance, and configurability.

- Strong hands-on experience in technologies such as Kafka, Ignite, Aerospike, Redis, Oracle etc.

- Experience in message driven architecture/frameworks, web services API development along with knowledge of FIX/SWIFT/ISO standards.

- Hands on database experience in Oracle Pro-C, Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Database tuning

- Experience in C, Java, Linux, TCP/IP Socket Programming is desired!

- Knowledge of Stock Exchange/Clearing Corporation domain is a must. Knowledge of depository as well as clearing banks business processes is desired

- Experience in SDLC implementation using waterfall, agile, scrum etc.

- Proven leadership track record of delivering critical technology programs having aggressive timelines with limited resources.

- Experience in managing in-house as well as vendor teams on multiple technology delivery programs simultaneously.

- Ability to motivate as well as manage cross functional teams independently.

- Proven experience in project delivery as well as L3 support in critical technology

- Good verbal as well as written communication skills

- Good Analytical skills, Problem solving, Interpersonal & team management skills

- Involvement in budgeting and procurement of project related resources (H/W, S/W, people etc.)

- Will assist in the governance forums including the Working Group, issue resolution meetings and other ad-hoc meetings as required.

- Coordinate with various functional teams, vendor/partner/System Integrators to get timely updates and ensure adherence to plan/schedule

Skills (Nice to Have):

- Understanding of Spring, Hibernate in Java

- Knowledge of new technologies such as Distributed Ledger Technologies, Blockchain, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence

Business Knowledge (Nice to have):

- IT Delivery Experience in Clearing & Settlement domain across multiple asset classes
