Experience: 7-10 Years

Location - Mumbai.

Qualification - MBA / CA / CFA / PG from B. School.

Job Role:

1. Responsible for restructuring and executing debt financing transactions.

2. Financial Modelling, pitch presentations etc

3. Execution of the documents like Interim Corporate Debt Restructuring Agreements.

4. Negotiation & Finalization of documents in coordination with Legal Dept., Lenders Legal Counsel, and Banks.

5. Preparation of the Scheme of Compromise with creditors.
