AVP - Data Scientist - Insurance Firm

We are looking out for Data Scientist - AVP - Insurance Firm in Bangalore

About the role :

1. Focuses on analysing and providing insights on all aspects of the financial performance of the business unit

2. Propose, develop, and implement analytics models based on the business questions asked and the potential model's advantages and disadvantages

3. Prepare the data for the modelling as required, taking into account data quality limitations and the applied modelling technique

Required Skills :

1. Overall 7+ years of working experience (insurance/banking preferred) in analytics, data science, business intelligence or similar function

2. Very strong analytical skills (statistics, data exploration / visualization)

3. Knowledge of R, Python and advanced analytics platform
