We are hiring for a leading financial organization based at Noida

Position : AVP- Data Analytics & Strategy

Experience : 6yrs - 10 yrs in Data Analytics, Statistical Analysis, Strategy buliding

Role & Responsibility :

- Analyzing data to determine if there are outliers or data accuracy issues and work with related departments to make the corrections

- Undertake analytical research and data acquisition with the aim of creating strategically important new 'future state' risk management and decision capability

- Proactively identify opportunities to revise our policies to enhance strategy and maximise value. -Provide a role model for the standard of analysis. Work with other team members to drive business action based on your results.

- Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques and making strategies.

- Researching and developing risk portfolio level acquisition data decisioning processes for SME and for other portfolios under our remit as required

- Providing thought leadership and change imperative for the strategic future state direction and initiatives regarding client acquisition and credit quality management across all of SME

- Driving future automation opportunities within a controlled framework
