About our Client - Our client is a global leader in knowledge process outsourcing with a global footprint in more than 25 countries. As a part of their continuous expansion in the Indian market they are looking to hire an experienced analytics leader to grow their research & analytics vertical.

Job Description - Reporting into the country head and handling a team of more than a hundred professionals across geographies, your main responsibility will be to deliver research and analytics projects for clients from telecom, healthcare and banking backgrounds. In addition to this you will be responsible for- Design and maintain organisational structures, processes and governance framework to ensure efficient delivery

- Manage transitions of engagements and liaise with the various stakeholders

- Reach and maintain profitability targets

- Manage the budget and implement cost control measures

- Performance management of the entire unit

- Work with leadership during presales to design client solutions

The Successful Candidate - You must be a postgraduate with atleast 10 years of experience in data analytics and customer insights. You must have the exposure of working in leadership roles and mentored big teams in the area of analytics. In addition to this you should have excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder and project management, people management and organizational skills. International exposure is a plus.
