We are hiring AVP - Customer Service for a leading E-commerce organization based out of Gurgaon.

Experience: 9 - 12 Years

Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate

Compensation: At par in the industry

Job responsibility

Job Responsibilities includes servicing of products being sold on the online platform, by actively driving the following functions:

- Planning, Strategy,

- Customer experience,

- Technology,

- Order Life cycle management,

- Payment Operations,

- Call Center Operations,

- Sales Management via Phone commerce

- Customer Life Cycle Management.

- responsible for setting up the entire channel in terms of servicing clients through various forms of touch point which include voice, mails, chats, social media , etc.

- Responsible for servicing clients of all online formats of the Company and sharing voice of the customers in order to create products as desired by the customers of the online platform.

- Strategy planning in terms of resolution management for any customer service issues.

- Responsible for Customer Life Cycle management in terms of up sell, cross sell and retention activities.

- Responsible for end to end Order Life Cycle management / Payment Operations right from order placement to delivery.
