We are looking to hire Professionals for Customer Analytics one of our client.

Experience: 4-10 years
Following is the Job Synopsis :
- Drive analytics initiatives to support revenue growth initiatives across products by partnering with product and policy teams
- Drive product penetration through x-sell, up-sell and retention management on existing customer base. Develop propensity/response models as needed to increase campaign effectiveness
- Devise strategies for new book customer expansion
- Monitor campaigns and devise strategies to plug leakages to increase campaign efficiency
- Jointly work with business and risk counterparts to develop lifetime profitability view on customer segments and devise strategies for profitable book growth
- Devise appropriate strategies for Branch expansion
- Partner with technology to drive incremental data capture efforts from internal and external sources to help drive business growth
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Strong analytical skills, logical thinker with strong attention to detail
- Prior Banking / NBFC experience primarily in a Customer Analytics / Marketing Analytics role is a pre-requisite with large private sector Banks, foreign Banks, large NBFCs
- Advanced user of analytic tools (SAS strongly preferred, R / Python added preference)
