Job Description:

- Prior experience with a NBFC is a must

- Experienced personnel with knowledge of relevant credit matrix, policies and complete understanding of inherent credit, collateral, operational and fraud risks

- Excellent team player and adept at creating interdepartmental synergies

- Adherence to credit policies while doing underwriting of Commercial Vehicle customers

- Prudent credit assessment of individual Commercial Vehicle customers by assessing cash flow statements and documents verification

- Monthly/Annual Disbursal Volumes/Portfolio as per budget plan

- Drive cross sell initiatives like insurance, other products through the team as well as the branches.

- Lead Training initiatives with team and in joint participation with Branches

- To have effective communication ability at different levels.

- To adapt to complex work environments & live Organizational values

- To be an Independent decision maker and operate in strict time frame.
