AVP - Credit Strategy - Card

AVP - Credit Stategy - SBI Card - Gurgaon/Mumbai

Job Description:

We are looking for candidates with experience in Credit Strategy, Risk Strategy, Credit Policy or Risk Analytics with 8 to 12 years of experience in Banking/BFSI Domain with understanding of credit card business.

Responsibilities:

- Develop risk segmentation and corresponding strategies for approval/decline & optimal limit assignment

- Work closely with model developed team for scorecard development and implementation.

- Develop partnership framework and model for partners in e-commerce / Telecom domains

- Continuous monitoring of portfolio on approval rates and early delinquency and take corrective measures

- Work with Risk Infrastructure team for implementation and testing of strategy

- Manage adhoc requests from senior management.

- Responsible for institutionalizing alternate data of current partners.

- Understanding Bureau product & servies and leveraging same for risk segmentation & strategies.

- Knowledge of Scorecard development and Machine Learning models will be advantage

- Creation of early warning dashboards

Skills/Experience:

- 7-10 years of work experience in Risk Strategy or Risk Analytics roles

- Advance knowledge of SAS, Microsoft Excel, Tableau

- Must have the ability to work effectively within a team and be flexible to work on multiple projects

- Self-starter, with demonstrable ability to work proactively and independently to drive results

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Team management experience for more than a year

- Ability to take the junior members along while taking the ownership of the projects being delivered

- Knowledge of other quantitative tools like SPSS Modeler, SAS E Miner, R and Python

- Understaning of Machine Learning Concepts

Academic Qualifications:

- Master's degree in economics, statistics, operations research, mathematics, engineering, business, or related field with a strong quantitative emphasis.
