AVP - Credit & Risk - FinTech

Lead the Risk and Policy division of a well established and well known Fintech company

1) Head the Risk and Policy division for an unsecured business loan portfolio of a well established Fintech company

2) Devise the core policy for the digital lending product of the company

3) Work closely and monitor the underwriting team

4) Design the overall risk framework of the organization

5) Design and implement key mechanisms in order to underwrite

6) Take care of overall risk analytics for the firm

Requirements :

1) Experience of Credit risk and policy for Unsecured Business Loans is a must for the role

2) CA/CFA/MBA from a Tier 1/2 institute

3) Strong analytical skills

4) Experience in drafting credit policy and designing overall risk frameworks
