AVP Corporate Finance & Investment Banking

Position : AVP International Business Group.

Qualification : MBA / CA.

Job Role :

- Experience in execution of non-debt transactions like PE / M&A (will be a value add).

- Structuring and execution of debt deals(international syndication)

- Preferred experience should be a mix of origination and execution.

- Should have a good understanding of finance and should be able to analyse the client's requirement intelligently and suggest solutions.

- Liasioning with Banks/FIs and Investors at middle and senior level for fund raising. Candidates having existing senior and middle level relations with banks would be preferred.

- Negotiations with financial lenders / investors for financial closure.

- Supervision of preparation of business plan, financial modelling, comprehensive report writing by junior colleagues.
