AVP - Corporate Finance - BFSI

Sr. Key Responsibilities

The position will work on originating and executing transactions in mezz/structured financing space. The concerned person should have:

- Balance Sheet structuring analysis

- Debt/ Mezz Structuring ability - Strong

- Equity structuring ability - medium as outsourced to others

Origination support to RM teams for Balance Sheet/ Capital Structuring mandates

Proactive idea generation and pitching to clients with RM team

Leading mandate execution in terms of

Client engagement

Structuring and analysis

Working with DCM/ RM portfolio as appropriate to execute transactions

Qualifications and Experience Requirement

Qualifications

Essential CA, CFA, MBA

Experience

Essential Min 2 to 4 years

Entrepreneurial way of looking at things

Good connect in market

Balance and Capital Structure analysis. Deep Knowledge on Credit Risk Understanding & therefore solving problems. Working knowledge of Capital market tools (debt and equity instruments)

Logically progress the deal idea with stake holders involved

Present buy logic for on boarding a business and down selling

Working collaboratively to achieve the common goals and be successful together
