AVP Corporate Finance - Agri Startup

- Our client is a well funded Startup in the Biotech and Agri Domain backed by marquee global investors. We are looking for someone to join the Corporate Finance Team at Gurgaon.

- We are looking for experienced Financial professional with 5-7+ years of experience in Financial Services (M&A/Private Equity/Strategy) focussing on analysis and evaluation of companies for potential transaction.

- Prior experience can be in investment banking, private equity investing, mergers & acquisitions or a corporate finance role. Experience in Agri, Consumer or in Chemicals segment would be an added advantage

The Broad Job Responsibilities and Functional Skills required are as follows :

1] Financial Modelling : Solid Analytical and Strong Financial Modelling Skills are non-negotiable

2] Target Analysis and Valuation : Research Trends within the industry and identify prospective companies that can be considered for possible acquisition

3] Business Plan preparation and Presentation : Assist in the preparation and finalisation of Business Plans and Presentation to Top Management and Private Equity Sponsors

4] Transaction execution (business evaluation, due diligence, documents) : End to End Execution of M&A Transactions

5] Business Strategy development : Develop Strategy for the short term, medium term as well as Long Term

6] Working with CXOs : Work closely with CXO's / Promoters and be actively involved in all Strategic Initiatives for the company
