Job Description :
- Create, implement and oversee communications programs, be it internal or external, that effectively describe and promote the organization and its Funds
- Web site management and content development, press releases, bylined articles, white papers, corporate videos and marketing collateral, RFP review and development, marketing budget development and cost tracking. They may aid in the preparation of presentations and/or speeches
- Manage a variety of external as well as internal initiatives. This position works with all key stakeholders within the company and help shape the company's viewpoint on various matters which are represented in the external domain.
- Closely coordinate with partners such as the PR agency, amongst others by leveraging their strengths to effectively and proactively deliver on defined communication goals across business lines
- Respond to media queries where relevant after liaising and coordinating with the appropriate internal resources/spokespersons.
- Tracking, evaluating and tapping relevant visibility/branding opportunities for the Company and its Funds.
- Ensure regular and timely distribution of relevant news to internal stakeholders
- Effectively manage crises by ensuring that the franchise message is well understood and captured by traditional and social media channels in India during such situations.
- Manage and build on digital platforms including being responsible for the updation and content of the website and managing LinkedIn
- Program management for events - content, on site branding, logistics, administration, feedback
- Prepare and review presentations, reports and content for internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and manage opportunities to increase brand/profile at conferences and through other relevant avenues
- Manage internal communications initiatives such as Townhalls, Debates, etc. on a periodic basis. Drive employee engagement initiatives such as Debates, informal conversations between different team members, fitness challenges etc in collaboration with the HR team to develop "Fun at work" quotient in the organization
- Manage team profiles, update team profiles of new members joining in on the website and in the central repository
- Support platform companies on a need basis with respect to their requirements in Marketing/Comms area which directly connect and impact the reputation of the Brand
- The position will report to the Head of Investor relations and Partnerships
- Must be a confident communicator and presenter
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally
- Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills
- Superior project management and time management skills
