We are looking for a AVP- Corporate Communication with a leading provider of debt management and recovery solutions based at Gurgaon.

Job Location : Gurgaon

Education : Masters in Communications, Journalism, English, or related field of study

Experience : 6-8 years' experience as a communications or public relations professional in a corporate or agency setting

CTC : 18 L - 25 L

Working Conditions : 12 noon - 9 pm , 5 days

The Opportunity

Client is looking for a Communications Professional to become an integral member of Human Resources leadership team. This individual will work closely with the Head of HR on the design, delivery and ongoing development of both internal and external communications that support the Group. This includes, but is not limited to, Intranet content, Internet content, internal and external Communications, Press Releases and Media Bulletins. This position will work closely with the Global Corporate Communications team and will be involved in various projects supporting clients' business needs, including employee communications and internal policy development.

Primary responsibilities include:

1. Co-manage outside agencies and vendors to ensure the production of creative, high-quality, cost-effective communication solutions (e.g., Mailers, Posters, Banners, Policy briefs, press releases, media statements, and presentations)

2. Maintain relationships with reporters and media agencies, proactively identify media opportunities, and organize public relations events

3. Support the execution of long-term strategic communication plans (covering external needs, internal partnerships, and executive support)

4. Provide communication support to departments and functional areas, and partner with operations team to align employee communications and messaging to corporate strategy and objectives

5. Provide writing and messaging support to the senior leadership across the company

6. Provide support for the company's online presence (including web sites, social media, etc.)

Preferred skills, education, and experience

- Media training and crisis communication experience

- Superb writing skills, including the ability to craft powerful, engaging, and broadly accessible messages

- Strong project management skills

- Online, social media expertise, and familiarity with web design and editing tools, especially SharePoint

- Deep familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint

- Brand Management experience

- Vendor and relationship management
