Key Job Deliverables:
1. Ensure all the projects procurement are in line with project budgets
2. Ensure to reduce spend/control on cost as per Annual business plan
Desired Experience:
- Hands on experience in civil material procurement and contracts management of infrastructure management of large project including MEPF.
- Establish adequate coverage and strategic relationships with supply chain partners in all key disciplines, sectors, and geographies
- Minimum of 15 years of work experience with procurement, contract, and supply management with at least 5 years spent in senior role
- Experience in drafting, negotiating, executing, and managing contracts / service agreements
- Experience in managing Service /Turnkey/Third party contracts
- Experience in budget planning and billing / invoice certification
- Experience in Vendor management including procurement responsibilities and cost-effective use of 3rd party consultants

2. Provides leadership, management and professional expertise in procurement and supply management including vendor management and contract management in line with project

5. Identify strategic sourcing initiatives
6. To reduce spend: control and governance in Cost, Supply chain, Procurement, and overall Commercial management in the region
7. Develop and implement procurement and contract strategy
8. Manage & Execute all project contracts
9. Develop and Maintain the vendor management system
10. Create strong performance metrics to monitor cost effectiveness of procurement and contract services. Lead continuous improvement in Operational Efficiency by the collection and analysis of data and the implementation of improvement plans that mitigate or remove inefficiency
11. Responsible for all cost-effective procurement of materials and services ensuring their timely delivery
12. Manage the formulation and finalization of all system contracts as required in coordination with legal counsel and as per law
13. Ensure all contracts are as per best practices, in line with policies & procedures and government regulatons
14. Identify and mitigate the company risk exposure through contract evaluation and negotiations
15. Ensure strong business controls in all procurement activities including cost management and cost tracking
16. Ensure proper maintenance of documentation of PO's / Contracts in hard & soft copy
17. Develop and upgrade requisitioning and payable process for service contracts, long term agreements to establish standard process across projects. Develops an annual plan and budget, ensuring the efficient utilization of allocated resources
