AVP / Director - Contract Services - 11 to 17 yrs ( NCR / Gurgaon Location only )

- Should have handled all the Contracts, Agreements

- All contracts like Deals, Litigation, Regulatory, Across Region , Liaison vendor processing, EXIM contract,
Government’s

- Experienced in IT Outsourcing Deal

- US Contract & Outsourcing Laws,

- US Vendor Management/ Souring Laws

- More of Individual Contribution

- Budget is open

- Should have worked in US IT Company at 5 to 6years - Must
