AVP - Content Development - BPO

We have an urgent opening for the role of AVP Content Development, with an Intl. MNC located in Delhi NCR.

Job Description:

The individual will work as a coach and guide to the content team. The areas of focus will be messaging, content quality, building deep industry understanding, social content and visual story telling. Deliverables typically have very tight deadlines and, therefore, the position requires creative thinking, strong writing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of content writers who specialize in various kinds of internal and external content

- Provide marketing consulting/content development advice to the marketing team

- Ability to work with clients across locations to position the content work done is the team, manage escalations and ensure early issue management

- Leadership skills- experience in supervising marketing professionals

- Develop thought leadership, white papers, external media articles, research reports, case studies, videos, social content, leadership communication and domain-specific marketing collateral.

Skills Required:

- Strong flair for business writing, a quick grasp of subject matter, and getting the message to the targeted audience: for instance, a technology writer candidate must know how to identify and communicate the business relevance of technologies.

- Should understand brand positioning and communications, and must be skilled in making marketing collaterals and communication.

- Strong verbal communications skills with ability to build relationships with clients across geographies and time zones and understanding of global cultural nuances

Experience Range:

- A minimum of 12 years of business writing experience in content marketing role of large technology/consulting company/agency/publication.

- Experience in marketing, communications, general business content, creative content will be crucial. Digital content skills such as social media posts, blogs will be a nice to have.

- Experience in leading a content team or managing a content focused business will be important.

Educational background :

- Excellent college and postgraduate degree, preferably in the Social sciences or English literature. MBA degree or diploma will be a nice to have.
