AVP-Compliance

We are hiring for AVP-Compliance role based with a reputed NBFC in Gurgaon

Technical competencies required :

- Regulatory management including timely follow up and reporting on compliance matters.

- Good working Knowledge of regulatory guidelines pertaining to NBFC & retail assets matters.

- Experience, preferably in middle / senior level management in the Banking and Financial Services in handling compliance and dealing and interactions with regulators especially RBI

- Follow up with and regular visits to RBI and interactions with them for appointments, approvals and clearances, data submissions for the company and for LoBs when required.

- Ground level Co-ordination during Regulatory inspections/ verifications and follow up for compliance on their reports, or if any.

- Co ordination for group level compliance with compliance team at LoBs

- Managing Routine business referrals on compliance related queries

- Reviewing and Managing CTR system ( compliance test report )

We want candidates profiles of regulatory compliance more specifically with RBI and experience in NBFC/ Commercial Bank/ Forex compliances
