Conducting investigations of the customer complaints including investigation of the cases informed by the internal stake holders, fraud investigations and submission of those clarification. Setting up the same to his Governance committee for actioning, compliance checks and reviews.
Intiatiing comliance awareness programmes and training across organisation. Conducting compliance reviews of function, adhoc reviews, and checks to ensure compliance.
Conducting compliance risk assessment, taking with stakeholders and setting up process for mitigation of those risks.
Oversee identification and analysis of regulatory changes,preparing the check lists of the new Regulations, business advisory on and monitoring of these changes,
Formulate, implement compliance policies and plan and ensure adherence
Monitor compliance of policies and procedures, conducting compliance reviews of fucntion, escalating any exception to the senior management
Advise business on compliance issues and regulatory / Conduct risks pertinent to life insurance business.
ensuring that the business is run in the compliance to the regulatort guidelines and ethical standard are followed by conducting regular reviews and checks and regular meeting with stake holders on compliance awareness
Manage the accurate and timely preparation of compliance reports required by the Governance Committee, Protection of policyholder sub committee
Assist in conducting due diligence and support in execution of new ventures and business initiatives
